Want to master Choux pastry? This course is for you! Learn to bake alongside Chef & Owner of Buns Bakery, Lauren Case.

We will be covering the basic theory of Choux, as well as baking the perfect Éclair, Paris-Brest and Choux Bun. We will also cover a range of fillings, glazes and piping techniques.
